Orders
If you have an Aspect account, you can view your most recent order and order history under My Account, Orders.
If you do not have an account, your order details will be outlined on your Order Confirmation. If you have not received your Order Confirmation, please contact us here.

If your product was delivered damaged or you believe your product may be faulty, please contact our team here where we will be able to assess, and a solution will be provided.
Aspect Skincare is owned and managed by Advanced Skin Technology. As such, your purchase will appear as Advanced Skin Technology on your statement.
When using PayPal ECheque, please note that your order will not be despatched until payment has been received by Aspect.

Any request through the courier for an “Authority to Leave” on your order is at the consumers discretion and Aspect Skincare will not be liable for any loss when selecting this option.

If your order is showing as delivered, we ask that you please check the surrounds of your delivery address and follow up with any neighbours.
If your address is unattended at the time of delivery, and your order isn’t left at your address, a call card will notify you to pick up the parcel from your nearest Australia Post or NZ Couriers outlet.
You will require ID to pick up your parcel.
The best way to track or redirect your parcels is via Australia Post or via NZ Couriers.

If the product is unopened, you may return product/s that have been purchased through Aspect Skincare for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
The exception to this is if:
- The product is deemed faulty;
- You have experienced an unfavourable skin reaction

Our packaging uses airless, double insulated packaging, designed to maintain the concentration and stability of active ingredients within our formulas. Because of this, it is vital to prime your product before use.
To prime your product, hold the product upside down and pump continuously in this position until product dispenses. If your product does not dispense, please contact our team here so we can assist further.
Yes, our boxes can be recycled.
Our box supplier is affiliated and accredited with PEFC and only use material that has been sourced sustainably.

Our Aspect products have a shelf life of 24 months unopened and used within 12 months once opened.
Aspect Retail size products should last approximately 2-3 months if using the 1 metered dose, twice daily.
1 pump = 1 metered dosage.
We advise to keep the in an upright position to ensure longevity and efficacy and to avoid storing your product in direct sunlight.
As a company we support animal rights and are proud to confirm that Aspect Skincare products have not been tested on animals for the purposes of approval for sale in Australia and New Zealand.
We always recommend to please consult your medical practitioner during pregnancy and while lactating prior to use of our products.
The exact percentage used is proprietary information and where possible we use the % concentration of active ingredients at clinical trial level or higher.
