If you have any concerns or are not happy with your results please head to the clinic where you purchased the products and they can assist further.
Our packaging uses airless, double insulated packaging, designed to maintain the concentration and stability of active ingredients within our formulas. It is vital to prime your product before use to allow liquid to flow freely through the metered twist pump dispenser.
To prime your product, hold the product upside down and pump continuously in this position until product dispenses. If your product does not dispense, please contact the clinic of purchase to assist further
Yes, our boxes can be recycled.
Our box supplier is affiliated and accredited with PEFC and only use material that has been sourced sustainably.

Returns
Our packaging is double-insulated and airtight to protect the integrity and should be able to withstand regular use and storage. Please contact your clinic of purchase to assist further. You may be required to return the product so please do not discard until advised.
If you have any concerns or are not happy with your product/s, please contact your clinic of purchase who will assist further. As we are the distributor of Aspect DR in Australia and New Zealand, we are unable to accept your product.
If your clinic of purchase is not responding, please use our contact us page where our Customer Service team can contact the stockist on your behalf.
Other
Aspect Skincare must be used as directed within 12 months once opened. We recommend
not storing your product in direct sunlight and in an upright position to ensure longevity and efficacy.
As a company we do support animal rights and are proud to confirm that Aspect Skincare products have not been tested on animals for the purposes of approval for sale in Australia and New Zealand.
We aim to use as many natural ingredients as possible, we believe the best skincare is made from both plant-based and laboratory-made ingredients to achieve the highest quality and efficacy.
We utilise the latest innovations in science to enhance our natural ingredients, our products are organic wherever possible however are unable to be certified organic.
The Aspect range is not currently Vegan certified however we do have a selection of products that do not contain animal by-products and are vegan friendly. Click here to view.
We do not recommend the use of products containing retinol or Salicylic acid while pregnant, trying to conceive, or lactating. Please refer to the full product ingredient listing and consult your clinician for further information.
If you have nut allergy we recommend that you ask your doctor for advice before starting with Aspect DR products. Our products may contain peanut, soy and wheat derivatives.
Teenagers may be able to use Aspect DR products. As each person’s skin is different we recommend you first consult a skin clinician to find the most suitable products. You can find your nearest clinic here.
